STUDIO A CLIENT GUIDE

Things to keep in mind to get the most out of your practice and/or session.

Time

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. It may take a few minutes to check-in, fill up your water bottle, put your things in a cubbie, and get situated with either your mat and props for Yoga or put on your gripper socks for Pilates and Barre. If you show up more than 10 minutes late, your spot may be filled by someone on the waitlist.

Savasana

This is the most important pose of your yoga class. Please do not leave early.

Cool Down/Stretch

You just worked your body and it is warm. Show it some love cool it down.

Mats

We suggest bringing your own mat to class. If you don’t have one or forgot it at home – a limited number of rental mats are available.

Towels

In some classes, you’ll sweat. We recommend bringing a yoga towel for your mat or grab a towel from the towel service area. Please place in the towel bin at the end of your class/session.

Shoes

We are near the beach and everything is more fun barefoot. Please take your shoes off and leave them at our studio entrance before entering the yoga space. Kindly slip into your gripper socks for Pilates and Barre.
